Developmental edit
The author needed a developmental edit for a later draft of the book. She was very keen on portraying the main characters and their relationship in the most realistic way possible.
This edit has helped her polish the structure of the book and the character motivations ahead of copyedits.

brainstorming session
After the feedback given for Draft 1, the author felt that she needed to rework the plot. We sat down for an hour and mapped out every scene in the book, being mindful of repurposing as many scenes from Draft 1 as possible.
The author now has a full breakdown of the structure of the book, as well as a guide for each of the main character’s arcs.
This brainstorming session has helped her write Draft 2 more efficiently, and be ready for beta readers sooner than expected.
